People of all ages are welcome to join in the event, held at beautiful Lake Minnewashta Regional Park on July 14.  Choose to run the whole 3.5-mile mud run as a timed race or opt to take shortcuts with the ‘just have fun’ option. The course has fun, safe and family-friendly obstacles, including the limbo, crazy maze, hay bale climbing, giant waterslide, sandcastle building … and don’t forget the mud! Even little ones can take part in the ¼-mile Mini-Tonka Mud Run.
